With over 15 years running Nettl stores and rolling Nettl out across the globe, Gavin is Grafenia’s COO. Gavin earned most of his grey hairs running and optimising e-commerce sites for us. And he’s happy to share the successes and lessons learned from his (multiple) failures.
As the guy who opened the very first Nettl studio in England, Rob sometimes calls himself Nettl’s founding father. Nobody else does. But that doesn’t seem to stop him. Today he leads the team which finds new Nettl partners and franchises round the world.
All the way from California, Malibu Rob’s a bit of an industry veteran. You may have seen him in the trade press. Before joining Nettl as commercial director, Robert played key roles with famous online print companies. We can’t say who. But you know. You know.
The best teeth in our team, John joins us from Cleveland, Ohio. He’s our supply chain partner and manages our network of production suppliers. John is a serial entrepreneur and runs a group of companies in the graphics and tech sectors. Ask him about the river that sets on fire. He loves it when people ask that.
We weren’t certain we should bring Ryan. He’s ginger, you see. And there’s a chance he might combust in the Florida sunshine. If he hasn’t, he’ll talk to you about how he drives sales performance in our Nettl company-owned stores. You might be surprised at how the Nettl system gives team members data which helps them perform at a higher level.
If you decide to become a Nettl, chances are you’ll join one of Mat’s legendary training courses. He likes to think of himself as a performer first, trainer second. When he’s not inspiring the next generation of Nettlings, he provides performance coaching to our Nettl network.
Whether you need strategic or tactical help, it’ll be Chris’s team you’ll rely on. He leads our performance and support teams. That’s a bunch of experts across graphics, e-commerce, print, tech and marketing. Some say, he’s the Geek master. Others, call him a cuddly bear. You decide for yourself.
Our in-house artist and marketing director, Ashley brings the Nettl brand to life. She’s our resident fabric displays expert and is marketing lead for product development. Designing our store interiors and organising events is all in a day’s work. So if something goes wrong at Expoganza, we’ll blame her.
When Simon started with us 20 years ago, it was all Zip disks and Freehand. Simon now pioneers our graphics tech. He works on the automation which saves our teams time, with every file, every day. He speaks as quickly as he automates problems, so he won’t be offended if you ask him to slow down.
We’re delighted to bring a former Nettl franchisee. Another Ashley. But a boy one this time. Why ‘former’ you ask? Ashley joined the dark side when he sold his Nettl studio to us. His store in England was one of the country’s top performers. It’s about to relocate to a new 7,500sqft superstore. He’ll tell you how he made it happen.
